According to images from an ultrasound, the baby is in the breech position, thus the need for the procedure.

It is rumored that the sex of Jamie Lynn’s baby is female, as she was seen earlier this year carrying a pink baby carrier.
It is also believed that the baby will be given a name based on the combination of both parent’s Christian names.
