A stomach virus has ravaged a YMCA summer camp sickening more than 90 children.

Along with the children, as many as 15 staff members of the camp, located on the western edge of Rocky Mountain National Park have fallen sick, prompting the closure of the camp for thorough cleaning.

A similar outbreak of the stomach virus hit the same camp back in 2005.

It is believed that campers and staffers have the norovirus, which is a common stomach virus that presents with flu-like symptoms such as diarrhea, vomiting and fever.

The virus is very contagious and is easily spread amongst close quarters.

A spokeswoman for the camp stated that the camp should reopen in time for the next session starting June 29th.
