Britney Spears made a surprising appearance over the weekend at Generation Rescue, an organization aimed at autism research.
Spears attended Jenny McCarthy and Jim Carrey’s fundraiser, and according to everybody she looked very happy.
She recently sorted out her custody battle with her ex husband, and has been doing what she can do to get her life back on the rails following a nervous breakdown in January.
Her ex, Kev-Fed retained sole custody of the couples’ boys; Sean Preston and Jayden James, with Spears granted 3 visitations per week with 2 overnights.
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, just married, also attended the event, along with Hugh Hefner and the three Girls Next Door (Kelly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt).
