A man has been arrested in New York for uploading a video to YouTube in which he stated that millions of cans of baby food had been poisoned with cyanide.
The YouTube Trashman, 42-year old Anton Dunn stated in his video that he had contacted employees for Gerber and ordered them to poison millions of cans of baby food.
Obviously, there was really no contamination at all, and the man has been arrested and charged with making threats and other charges.
“We are aware of a recent posting on the Internet and believe this is a malicious hoax,” said David Mortazavi, a spokesman for Gerber. “The safety of Gerber and Nestle Nutrition
products is our top priority. We are taking this issue seriously, and are cooperating fully with federal authorities.”
