Los Angeles (ChatterShmatter) – Rumors are circulating on the next foes to do battle with Tony Stark’s alter ego Iron Man. Mickey Rourke, is currently rumored to be in the sequel as the Marvel Comics baddie, Crimson Dynamo.
In the comics Russian Professor Anton Vanko who would later be known as Crimson Dynamo created a suit armor of his own wired by electricity making him a formidable foe for Iron Man.
As we have seen in recent comic book adaptations one would expect there to be considerable attention paid to the development of the character itself rather than just an eye candy spectacle. Mickey Rourke may provide the backdrop for developing a continuing storyline in the Iron Man franchise.
Along with Mickey Rourke other rumors are circling about Sam Rockwell’s involvement with the sequel in a role of another villain along side Mickey Rourke’s Crimson Dynamo. While no names of villain’s have been mentioned it would make sense from Iron Man’s comic book lore to see the villain Mandarin alog with Crimson Dynamo.
