Boston (ChatterShmatter) – Rescuers are continuing to work around the clock to try and track down the remaining 4 missing people from the recent plane crash in Lake Michigan.
On Friday, a small plane took off with a pilot and 4 passengers.
As soon as they took off though things started to go wrong, as the plane completely lost power and went down miles after going into flight.
The plane crashed right off of the shore of Ludington on the western part of Michigan.
The search commenced immediately for survivors, as someone on a boat on the lake managed to rescue the pilot.
The 4 passengers though have yet to be found, and include 3 men and a woman.
The 4 have yet to be found but rescuers are hoping that this will have a happy ending.
Lake Michigan conditions are favorable for the rescue as mother nature has been cooperating.
Current water conditions feature waves from 2 to 4 feet with the water temperature in the 70s.
Only time will tell if they are able to find the last 4 survivors, but the hope remains high for now among all involved.
