If you think having children puts a dampener on your career, think again as actress Gwyneth Paltrow has returned to the lime light after taking 3 years off to spend raising her beautiful family.
She is starring in “Iron Man,” a movie that is being deemed as one of the summers’ blockbuster flicks.
She stars as Pepper Potts in the movie, alongside big names such as Robert Downey Jr., Jeff Bridges, and Terrence Howard. The movie is directed by Jon Favreau.
“We had a lot of fun … Robert is just a ball of energy and creativity, and he’s just hilarious … Robert can play anything, any accent, any age. He’s got
that extra chip of brilliance, and so I had always wanted to work with him, because I felt, A, it would be fun, and B, it would raise my game,” Paltrow
said.
The movie is set to take U.S. theatres by storm tomorrow and will surely be received well, as early reviews are very positive for it.
When asked why she wanted to do the movie, Paltrow stated that it was due to Downey Jr. asking her if she wanted to act giant water slide in a movie that people would actually want to watch?
