The website TMZ.com is being sued by Verne Troyer over an alleged sex tape that the website posted online.
Verne, AKA Mini-Me is best known for his roles in the 2 Austin Powers movies as Dr. Evil’s side kick.
He is suing TMZ for more than 20 million dollars, accusing the entertainment website of posting parts of a sex tape that he recorded with his then girlfriend, thus violating his privacy.
According to Troyer, he sent more than 1 letter pre and post of the uploading to the TMZ website, asking them to remove it, which they refused to do.
Kevin Blatt the distributor of the sex tape is also named in Verne’s suit, which was filed in an LA court.
