Andy Griffith is best known for his role in The Andy Griffith Show, and is an absolute TV icon in regards to being popular among fans of all ages.
He has now returned to TV at the age of 86-years-old to support the new health care law proposed by President Barack Obama and the Obama administration.
He shows great support for the health care reform in the ad, throwing out some big quotes, touting that the new health care law will help senior citizens like himself by giving them “free check-ups” and “lower prescription costs.”
Andy Griffith is in the camp that believes that this will completely change the way health care is delivered in the U.S. and will do so by improving it vastly.
Whether he is right or wrong remains to be seen, but fans will love seeing him on TV again in this 30-second-spot.
