It is being reported that US soccer star Landon Donovan has filed for divorce from his wife Bianca Kajlich only 10 days before their fourth wedding anniversary. The L.A. Galaxy star filed the divorce papers in Los Angeles on Tuesday, not the type of Christmas present his wife was expecting.
In all fairness their marriage has been doomed for quite some time as the couple actually separated more than a year ago. “We remain the closest of friends and will always be important parts of each other’s lives,” the couple tells UsMagazine.com in a joint statement. The soccer player is seeking spousal support from Kajlich and also wants her to pay his lawyer fees.
