The body of a 40 year old Illinois woman who went missing following a car crash on December fourth has been discovered. Tanya Shannon was found this morning in a field not far from where her husband crashed their car, killing him instantly but she had apparently walked away from the wreck.
Tanya Shannon and her husband had attended a party back on December fourth and upon driving home, her husband lost control of their vehicle, crashing it and killing him instantly. Footprints and a missing slipper led police to believe that his wife had walked away from the crash, and her body will be examined very closely to determine how she died.
