The cat maybe out of the bag when referring to the coca cola recipe. According to producers of the Chicago radio show “This American Life,” they have uncovered the long saught recipe from a photograph taken from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution published back in 1979.
Since 1886 people have been trying to crack the code so to speak of the coke recipe, whose original copy is said to be locked away in a vault for safe keeping. According to company officials, the recipe from the newspaper is not accurate. “Many third parties have tried over time to crack our secret formula,” Kerry Tressler, spokesperson for Coca Cola, told ABC News. “Try as they might, there’s only one real thing. And that was not it.”
