A 3.6 magnitude earthquake has hit Honolulu Hawaii, striking between the islands of Oahu and Molokai. No injuries are yet to be reported and it appears that there will not be a tsunami warning issued.
The Hawaii earthquake was felt from downtown Honolulu to the tourist district of Waikiki, as it rattled homes and buildings. This earthquake fails in comparison to the one that hit New Zealand earlier in the week, as that earthquake measured 7.3 on the magnitude scale and resulted in more than 100 deaths and lots of structural damage.
