Britney Spears has once again failed in a bid to regain custody of her two little boys.
On Wednesday, the popstress ducked another court hearing that was set up to argue who should be given custody, arriving at the court house on time but not entering.
Despite the fact that Spears was not in attendance, proceedings continued without her, according to court spokesman Alan Parachini.
Spears’ lawyer Anne Kiley told family court Commissioner Scott Gordon she did not believe Spears would attend. Kiley gave no explanation and court officials stated that Britney left after about half an hour.
Federline has retained sole custody of the boys, leaving the court house with no comment for reporters.
This is the second time in 2 weeks that Spears has showed up for a court hearing but not participated.
