Lakers guard Kobe Bryant was in fine form last night, leading the Western Allstars to a sincere victory over the East. Bryant seems to save his A game for when Allstar Weekend comes around and last night was no different as he was named the game’s MVP.
Bryant poured in 37 points as the West beat the East 148 to 143 in a game that saw little defense what soever. “I feel like we have a sense of responsibility and we are voted in for what we do during the season, which is play hard,” Bryant said. “And we come here, that’s what the fans want to see. They want to see us go at it and see us compete and that’s what I try to do and that’s what I try to tell my teammates to do.”
